The law of children parks will be approved shortly. This norm will regulate the state in which game zones designed for children must be (Inspection and Maintenance of Game Areas, according to Norm EN. 1176).

Ahead of the norm, we propose:

1. Visual Inspection: The supplier will hand in a book of maintenance to the client, where a designated staff member will fill up a visual report of survey conducted in random days of the week. He or she will notify the supplier of possible problems detected in the course of that inspection.
2. Functional inspection: To verify the functioning and the stability of the equipment every semester.
3. Annual inspection: To verify the level of security of the equipment and the possible variation of this level of security.


Points to inspect:

Level of balls in the swimming pool, not inferior to 30 cm
Subjection of platforms to the structure.
Trapping risk.
To verify: nuts, screws and systems of subjection.
That bridles of subjection are safely placed


Maintenance works:

1.Cleansing “dead zones”: cleaning of the dust and dirt of the ceilings, walls, slides and so on.
2. Cleansing of swimming pool of balls: It consists of vacuuming all the balls, washing them and disinfect them with the washing machine.
3. Repair: It consists of repairing all the problems detected in the inspection, previous acceptance of the materials budget from the client.

All the repairs conducted during the first four hours of the work day enter within the price of the annual quota. The rest of working hours will invoice at the rate of 30€ per hour and technician.


Conditions:

1. The materials are not included in the price of the maintenance contract; the supplier will provide a budget in advance of all the materials needed for the task.
2. The Quote of this inspection and maintenance contract is conceived for a game unit of the following characteristics: game unit of approximately 24 modules and one swimming pool of balls of 12 of m2.

Annual contract of 1.200 € + 16% VAT
Two semester quotas of 600 € + 16% VAT for the smallest premises of 300m2.
